Tata Consultancy Services seeks a seasoned Intune and Endpoint Management specialist to act as the technical owner and escalation point for Microsoft Intune services. You will manage the platform end-to-end at L3, develop and maintain configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines, and drive automated solutions using PowerShell and Graph API.

Qualifications

• Experience as L3 owner for Intune/Endpoint Management.
• Proficient in configuring Intune profiles, policies, and baselines.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Act as the technical owner and escalation point to customer for Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management services
• End to End Knowledge on managing and maintaining the Intune Platform for Device Man Microsoft Intune environment at L3 level
• Create and maintain Intune based Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Security Baseline, Conditional/Access Integrations, Application Deployment policies etc.
• Support Windows Autopilot, Vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain secure device configurations aligned with organizational standards
• Drive automation through PowerShell, Graph API, and Endpoint Analytics
• Monitor service health, compliance posture, and endpoint security metric
• Own Level 3 incident resolution and support major incident management
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and service quality improvements
• Define technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot complex device management and policy deployment issues
