Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for an IT Service Desk professional to provide EUC and field support from Trivandrum. The role involves troubleshooting laptops/desktops, printers, AV equipment, and basic networking, along with Google Workspace administration and asset management.

You will work with service desk tools (ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus) to resolve tickets and ensure endpoint compliance using ManageEngine Endpoint Central.

Qualifications

• Experience in EUC/ Field Support and service desk operations.
• Proficient in troubleshooting laptops/desktops and basic networking.
• Familiar with Office 365/Google Workspace administration and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide EUC and field support for end users.
• Handle IT service desk tickets and utilize ticketing tools.
• Support printers, AV equipment, and basic networking connectivity.
• Manage assets, software deployment, OS imaging, and patching using Endpoint Central.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
