Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking a senior Windows/Directory Services specialist with 10-12 years of experience to manage AD architecture and governance across multiple domains, sites, and trust models.

You will administer Exchange and messaging platforms, PKI and identity services, and lead incident, change, and DR initiatives, while mentoring teams and driving modernization.

Qualifications

• Active Directory architecture and governance across multi-domain/multi-site design, OU/GPO standards, Trusts.
• Security, hardening and compliance for AD and messaging baselines, privileged access controls, remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Exchange and messaging platform administration (On Prem/Hybrid/Online), mail flow security and compliance.
• PKI and identity services operations (Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, certificate lifecycle).
• Incident, change & transformation leadership within CAB/Change Governance.
• DR, resilience planning and technical leadership including mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and own AD architecture across multiple domains and sites.
• Lead governance, RBAC, and policy compliance for directory services.
• Oversee Exchange architecture, operations, and secure mail flow.
• Manage PKI and core identity services lifecycle and integration.
• Coordinate incident response, upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams.

Must Have

• Active Directory Architecture & Governance Own multi domain, multi site AD design, OU/GPO standards, Trust models, FSMO roles, and Sites & Services.
• Security, Hardening & Compliance – Implement AD and Messaging security baselines, Privileged access controls, and remediate Security vulnerabilities and Audit findings.
• Exchange & Messaging Platforms – Administration of Exchange (On Prem/Hybrid/Online) architecture, Operations, Mail flow security, and Compliance configurations.
• PKI & Identity Services – Operate Enterprise PKI, Certificate lifecycle, and Core identity services (Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, trusts).
• Incident, Change & Transformation – Manage RCAs, Upgrades, Migrations, and Modernization under CAB/Change Governance.
• DR, Resilience & Technical Leadership – Support Resilience, DR Switchovers, validate recovery, and provide Technical leadership, Documentation, and Mentoring.

Advanced administration of Windows Server environments- (2012/2016/2019/2022).

Minimum Qualification:
