Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is hiring for an IT support role focusing on EUC/field support, desk-side troubleshooting, and end-user services.

You will manage tickets, support printers/AV, basic networking, Google Workspace, and asset management, with hands-on experience in ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Intune, and SCCM.

Qualifications

• EUC/field support and incident handling experience.
• Laptop and desktop troubleshooting expertise.
• Familiar with IT service desks and ticketing tools.
• Printer and AV equipment support.
• Basic networking knowledge (switches, APs, firewall).
• Google Workspace administration.
• Asset and inventory management.
• Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
• Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central for deployment, imaging and patching.

Responsibilities

• Provide EUC/field support and resolve end-user issues.
• Troubleshoot laptops and desktops.
• Handle IT service desk tickets via ServiceNow/ServiceDesk Plus.
• Support printers and AV equipment.
• Basic networking support (switches, APs, firewall connectivity).
• Administer Google Workspace.
• Manage assets and inventory.
• Demonstrate strong customer handling and communication.
• Operate ManageEngine Endpoint Central for deployment, imaging, patching, compliance, and remote management.
• Endpoint Central / Intune / SCCM administration.
• MDM solutions.
• Windows OS administration.
• Meeting room and collaboration tools support.
• Basic security and endpoint protection knowledge.
