Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for Technical Support - D&R in Chennai, Gandhinagar and Indore. The role requires 3-7 years of IT experience and a B.Tech degree, with hands-on SIEM experience in the last three years.

Qualifications

• Hands on SIEM experience in the last three years.
• B.Tech with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications in Public Cloud and SIEM platforms (AWS/AZURE/GCP, Qradar, Splunk) or SIEM certs; Google Cloud cert preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade and maintenance of SIEM Infrastructure; knowledge of Windows/Linux based servers and command line tools.
• Cyber incident and forensic investigation.
• Logs analysis and correlation of security events.
• Self-motivated, quick learner; flexible in 24x7 environment.
• Strong understanding of Google SIEM concepts (log analysis, threat detection, correlation rules, data ingestion, parsing, search).
• Deep understanding of cloud tech and architectures, especially GCP.
• Strong understanding of SOAR concepts (playbooks, integrations, case management).
• Experience with Google SecOps SIEM/SOAR products is highly desirable.
• Cloud computing: familiarity with core cloud services (GCP advantageous).
• Providing technical assistance to users (internal and external).
• Communicating technical information clearly to users and stakeholders.
• Ensuring secure configurations across the cloud environment.
• Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts).
• English language proficiency is must.

Job Requirements*

• Must have hands on experience on SIEM in last three years
• B. Tech with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in Public Cloud and Technology Certification (i.e. AWS/AZURE/GCP) /Qradar/Splunk/SIEM platform certification. Preferably Google Cloud Platform certified.
• Good Communication Written and Verbal Skills.

• Software & System Understanding: Deep understanding of cloud technology and software architectures, particularly within the GCP environment.
• Strong understanding of SOAR concepts (security orchestration, automation, response, playbook design, integrations, case management).
• Experience with Google SecOps SIEM/SOAR products is highly desirable.
• Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms and their core services (GCP knowledge is an advantage).
• Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
• Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
• Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
• Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
• English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must

Minimum 15 years of education (10th + 12th + Graduation)

Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT experience
