Job summary

Evergreen Enterprises is seeking an experienced TAM Grouting Engineer for project site execution. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of grouting, cable anchoring, slope protection, and independent site management.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors, plan daily activities, monitor safety and quality, and ensure progress as per schedules while leading site teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./ B.Tech in civil/related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience.
• Hands-on experience with TAM/grouting and related works.

Responsibilities

• Execute TAM and consolidation grouting works and monitor progress.
• Supervise cable anchor installation and stressing activities.
• Manage slope protection and stabilization on site.
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities.
• Independently handle site operations and ensure progress per schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources.
• Lead site teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.
• Monitor work quality, safety, productivity and progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate timely resolutions.

Job Summary
