Job summary

Evergreen Enterprises is seeking a Senior Engineer – Slope Stabilization to lead geotechnical projects across India. You will plan, supervise, and monitor site activities ensuring quality, safety and on-time delivery.

The role requires 7–8 years in slope stabilization or geotechnical construction, strong knowledge of soil nailing, rock anchoring, and project coordination, with willingness to travel across India.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 7–8 years experience in slope stabilization or geotechnical construction projects.
• Hands-on experience in slope stabilization works.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites across PAN India.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute slope stabilization works as per project specifications.
• Manage site activities including soil nailing, rock bolting, rock anchoring, shotcrete, gabion walls and slope protection.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, site engineers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and drawings.
• Review engineering drawings, method statements and schedules; mentor junior staff.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Slope Stabilization to oversee and execute slope stabilization and geotechnical projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute slope stabilization works as per project specifications.
  
• Manage site execution activities including soil nailing, rock bolting, rock anchoring, shotcrete, wire mesh installation, gabion walls, and slope protection works.
  
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
  
• Review engineering drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
  
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
  
• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
  
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE guidelines.
  
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
