Job summary

Evergreen Enterprises seeks an experienced Senior Engineer – Grouting to lead field operations on geotechnical and infrastructure projects. The candidate will oversee TAM and consolidation grouting, interpret drawings, and drive site execution with quality control and timely reporting.

The role demands 8–10 years of hands-on grouting experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong coordination with clients and contractors at project sites. Based at project sites as required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in grouting operations.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Strong knowledge of TAM Grouting and Consolidation Grouting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor grouting activities at project sites.
• Interpret drawings, grouting layouts, borehole plans, and technical specs.
• Prepare daily reports and technical documentation for progress tracking.
• Monitor grout mix, water-cement ratio, injection pressures, and quantities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and method statements.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions on site.
• Maintain records of grout consumption and material usage.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Grouting with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in grouting operations, geotechnical construction, and infrastructure projects. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of different grouting methods, drawing interpretation, site execution, technical reporting, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor grouting activities at project sites.

Possess strong technical knowledge of TAM Grouting, Consolidation Grouting, Cement Grouting, Pressure Grouting, and other relevant grouting techniques.

Understand and interpret engineering drawings, grouting layouts, borehole plans, method statements, and technical specifications.

Prepare grouting reports, daily progress reports (DPRs), and technical documentation.

Monitor grout mix preparation, water-cement ratios, injection pressures, grout quantities, and injection sequences.

Supervise drilling, grouting, testing, and related site activities.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety procedures, and approved method statements.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Maintain records of grout consumption, borehole details, pressure readings, test results, and material usage.

Identify site issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement corrective actions.

Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work progress.

Ensure timely execution of work in accordance with project schedules.

Requirements

Technical Skills Required

Strong practical knowledge of TAM Grouting and Consolidation Grouting.

Knowledge of cement grouting, pressure grouting, rock fissure grouting, and other applicable grouting methods.

Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and grouting layouts.

Knowledge of grout mix design, water-cement ratios, injection pressure, and grout take calculations.

Understanding of grouting equipment, pumps, mixers, packers, drilling equipment, and pressure gauges.

Knowledge of grouting tests, quality control procedures, and acceptance criteria.

Strong reporting, documentation, and technical communication skills.

Ability to independently manage grouting operations and resolve site-level technical challenges.
