Role Summary

To provide functional and semi-customized solution support to customers, including handling Solution Boosters and customer-specific customization requirements, while ensuring effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements related to Solution Boosters and customization needs
• Provide support via calls, email, WhatsApp, and remote access
• Handle functional queries (Accounts, Inventory, Manufacturing)
• Support Solution Booster configurations and minor customizations (2030%)
• Assist in project-based customization support (initial level)
• Log accurate details, tags, and updates in CRM system
• Perform basic troubleshooting before escalation
• Coordinate internally for complex customization issues
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and SLA timelines
• Maintain clear, professional communication and timely updates
