Job summary

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile TDL Support & Deployment Executive to bridge the gap between our sales, development, and client teams. You will assist the sales team in demonstrating our custom TDL capabilities to prospects, analyze client workflows to gather requirements, deploy customized Tally solutions on-site, and manage post-sales technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Product Demonstrations: Join the sales team on client pitches or calls to deliver highly technical demonstrations of existing TDL add-ons, modules, and custom capabilities.
• Requirement Analysis: Consult with prospective clients to study their current accounting/business workflows and document their customization requirements clearly for the TDL development team.
• Deployment & Integration: Travel to client sites to install, configure, and deploy customized TDL files (.tcp) into their existing Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime environments.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct live testing of deployed TDLs with real-time user data to ensure the customization works flawlessly without disrupting core accounting data.
• Post-Sales Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients facing bugs, formatting issues, or errors in their customized TDL reports and modules.
• User Training: Educate the client's accounting and management teams on how to navigate and utilize the new TDL features effectively.

Requirements & Skills

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Tally Prime/ERP 9 configuration, Tally data structures, and how TDL TCP files are loaded and managed.
• Business Analysis: Ability to ask the right questions, understand a client's business pain points, and translate them into technical requirement notes.
• Presentation Skills: Confident and clear communication skills to explain complex software features to business owners and accountants during demos.
• Accounting Concepts: Good grasp of basic accounting, inventory management, GST, and TDS processes.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally to customer sites across Pune and surrounding areas for demos and deployment.
