Job summary

Collabera Talent Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior / Talent Specialist to manage onsite end-to-end recruitment at Prestige Blue Chip Software Park. You will understand client needs, craft targeted search plans, source candidates across portals and internal networks, and assess fit for each role.

In this role you will schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and build strong candidate relationships.

Job Title: Senior / Talent Specialist

Job Location: Bangalore - Onsite

Prestige Blue Chip Software Park, 2nd Floor, Block 1, No. 9, Hosur Road, Dairy Circle, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029

Shift Timings: 9 AM- 6 PM

You’ll do:

• Reviewthe job description;understandthe requirements of the clients and accordingly execute asearch planfor identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Sourcecandidates using multiple channels like job portals, internaldatabases, social media, etc.
• Assessapplicants relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Scheduling,coordination,andownershipof end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidaterelationships & credibilityto leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiatingwage ratesand other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
• Submittingcandidate’s resumes to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates andkeeping them postedwith updates on their candidature.
• Partnerwith our onsite sales team to understand the client’s needs and requirements.
• Engageregularly on an ongoing basiswith the candidates through email, voice & video calls.

You’ll Need

• Strong understanding of technical terminology, software development life cycle, and IT landscapes.
• Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
