Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist in Bangalore to manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding client requirements to presenting shortlisted candidates.

You will source candidates via portals, internal databases, and social networks; coordinate interviews; negotiate terms; and maintain relationships to build referrals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation abilities and ability to convince candidates.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review the job description and understand client requirements to plan candidate searches.
• Source candidates through portals, internal databases, social media, and other channels.
• Assess applicants' experience, knowledge, skills and competencies.
• Schedule, coordinate, and own the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationships and credibility to generate referrals.
• Negotiate wage rates and terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates.
• Submit resumes to hiring managers for scrutiny and consideration.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and provide updates on candidature.
• Coordinate with onsite sales teams in North America to understand client needs.
• Engage regularly with candidates via email, voice, and video calls.

Job Title: Senior Talent Specialist

Job Location: Bangalore

Shift Timings: 9 am to 6 pm IST

You’ll Do

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc
• Assess applicant’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills and competencies
• Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end to end recruitment cycle.
• Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
• Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements
• Submitting candidate’s resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
• Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
• Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client’s needs and requirements
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
