Job summary

IndieFolio is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage India’s top creative professionals for full-time and contract roles. This remote-position focuses on building a robust pipeline across design, video, and content disciplines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for brands and clients.

You will craft strategic searches, evaluate portfolios, and deliver a seamless candidate experience, while maintaining an up-to-date talent database and reporting on sourcing

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within creative, design, or marketing fields.
• Experience sourcing for both full-time and freelance/contract roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms used in the creative industry.
• Strong written communication skills for compelling outreach that actually gets replies.
• Organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple open pipelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify top creative professionals across disciplines for full-time and contract roles.
• Build and maintain a living talent pipeline across LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Develop creative search strategies to surface passive talent.
• Maintain a diverse pool of freelancers and full-timers to address hiring needs across industries.
• Screen portfolios and conduct preliminary screening for quality, culture fit, and role alignment.
• Deliver a consistent candidate experience from initial outreach to handoff.
• Own and update the talent database, tracking sourcing activity and pipeline health.
• Report on sourcing metrics and refine approaches based on results.

What You'll Do:

• Sourcing & Talent Identification Proactively scout top-tier creative professionals across disciplines — graphic design, motion, UX/UI, copywriting, video production, and more — for both full-time and contract roles.
• Build and maintain a living, breathing talent pipeline across platforms: LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, Instagram, and beyond.
• Develop creative search strategies to surface passive talent who aren't actively job hunting but are exactly who our brands need.
• Maintain a diverse pool of freelancers and full-timers to address the full spectrum of creative hiring needs across industries.
• Screening & Assessment Review portfolios and conduct preliminary screening to assess creative quality, culture fit, and role alignment.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach to handoff.
• Pipeline & Data Management Own and update the talent database — tracking sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate status across all open roles.
• Report on sourcing metrics and continuously refine your approach based on what's working.
