Job summary

Weekday is seeking a hands-on Talent Management Executive in Bengaluru (Hybrid). You will run day-to-day people operations, manage onboarding, payroll, and employee records, and handle office experiences to ensure a welcoming workplace.

You will also participate in internal hiring and help build scalable processes as Weekday grows, with a 6-day work week and a focus on thoughtful people moments.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in HR operations or similar roles.
• Exposure to payroll and statutory compliance in India (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Warmth, discretion, and good judgement in sensitive conversations.
