DESCRIPTION

Talent Corner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different hiring requirements. The intern will gain practical exposure to recruitment processes, candidate engagement, hiring pipelines, and modern AI-powered recruitment tools.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Screening and shortlisting resumes to identify potential candidates for various job openings.
• Assisting in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Participating in negotiations with candidates regarding compensation and benefits packages.
• Utilizing MS Excel and Generative AI Tools to analyze and optimize the recruitment process.
• Assisting in various talent management activities to ensure the success of the recruitment process.
