Job summary

Flipspaces is seeking an HR professional in Mumbai to support end-to-end recruitment activities. You will source and screen resumes through job portals and LinkedIn, coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.

Additional responsibilities include drafting and posting job descriptions, documenting new joiners, and preparing basic recruitment reports and MIS while assisting in day-to-day HR tasks as the organization scales its
