Job summary

Lumiq in Noida is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end hiring for Data Engineering, Data Science, AI and Analytics roles.

You will build pipelines, lead a small recruiter team, partner with business leaders, and optimize sourcing channels using AI tools to accelerate hiring.

The role requires deep tech market understanding and a track record of closing mid to senior level positions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with deep focus on tech hiring.
• Proven experience hiring for Data Engineering, Data Science, ML and related roles.
• Proven experience in handling Recruitment through AI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience closing mid to senior positions.
• Knowledge of ATS tools, sourcing platforms and assessment methods.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related fields.

• Having exposure of AI tools to expedite the Hiring process.
