You will screen, shortlist, and coordinate with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies, maintain pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support interview

Qualifications

• Strong experience in candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri RMS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of IT recruitment and infrastructure technologies.
• Expertise in Boolean Search and X-Ray Search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and job portals.
• Perform Boolean and advanced search techniques to identify niche talent.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Support interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer follow-ups.
• Meet hiring targets and turnaround timelines (TAT).
