Keka Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support direct sourcing and screening for Inside Sales, Telesales, and BPO Sales roles.

The role emphasizes expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean and X-Ray searches, and headhunting to build strong talent pipelines. The ideal candidate will screen candidates across portals and ATS, ensuring JD fitment and sales aptitude while coordinating with hiring teams for timely closures.

Qualificações

• Experience with direct sourcing and online sales hiring.
• Proficiency in candidate screening and resume shortlisting.
• Experience using recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and Boolean/X-Ray search.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques to identify candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, ATS applications, and other sourcing channels by evaluating JD fitment, experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, shift suitability, and candidate interest.
• Upload qualified candidates into the ATS and maintain sourcing trackers.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Sourcing Specialist / Talent Mapping Specialist to support hiring through direct sourcing and candidate screening. The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Generation or BPO Sales roles with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Database Search, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Headhunting, and Candidate Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Use Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and headhunting techniques to identify suitable candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, ATS applications, and other sourcing channels by evaluating JD fitment, experience, communication skills, sales aptitude, career stability, salary expectations, notice period, location, shift suitability, and candidate interest.
• Upload qualified candidates into the ATS and maintain sourcing trackers.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. MBA (HR) preferred.
