Job summary

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals in Mumbai is seeking an Assistant Manager HR / RHR to own the complete employee lifecycle for the West region, including six branches. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and partner with managers on job descriptions, competency frameworks, and selection criteria, while tracking metrics and ensuring timely hires.

Experience in recruitment, Excel and PowerPoint, HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., SAP), payroll knowledge, and compliance is required for this

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, engagement, training, performance management, payroll/compensation, and offboarding.
• Expert in Excel and PPT presentations.
• Familiarity with local labor laws, statutory filings, and HR compliance best practices.
• Prior experience working with HRIS/ATS systems e.g., SAP and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, salary structure, and benefits administration (on-roll and off roll/contract staff if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles (permanent and contractor/off-roll if applicable).

• Track and report recruiting metrics in recruitment tracker (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source mix, quality of hire).
• Keeping a hygiene check on the TAT/ ageing of positions.
