Job summary

DMart in Thane West is seeking an HR Assistant in Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end hiring processes. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct structured interviews within tight timelines.

The role requires evaluating candidate skills, cultural fit, and negotiating offers to close hires while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Handle CTC structuring and create competitive, attractive compensation proposals.
• Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
