Job summary

PERSOL in Gurugram is seeking a Recruitment & Vendor Manager to oversee sourcing through offer release, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring timely, quality profiles.

You will build MIS dashboards, track TAT, and collaborate with HR and business teams to optimize the recruitment cycle. Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder skills are essential.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure smooth sourcing and selection processes.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer release for various technical and non-technical roles.
• Track and monitor vendor performance metrics, ensuring adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and quality of profiles.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and hiring analytics to track open positions, pipeline, and closure rates.
• Collaborate with business and HR teams to understand manpower needs and align sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate vendor terms, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct periodic vendor reviews and performance discussions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the recruitment cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and vendor management (preferably in OEM / Automation / FMCG / FMCD sectors).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to create and interpret recruitment dashboards, MIS, and TAT reports (Advanced Excel / Power BI preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven hiring practices.
