Srijan Style is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for retail staff and management roles across multiple locations. You will source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins, and coordinate multi-round interviews to secure top talent for store operations.

The role requires a strong track record in bulk recruitment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage offers, onboarding, and reporting while aligning with hiring budgets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or staffing.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and communication skills.
• Experience with bulk recruitment and store-level hiring.
• Proficient with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS, and MS Excel.
• Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and relationship-driven.
• Availability to join on short notice.
