About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional with experience in hiring for lateral and leadership positions across non-IT functions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of managing end-to-end recruitment while achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
• Handle hiring for lateral and leadership-level roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure timely closures as per business requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• No recent gaps.
• Proven experience in hiring for lateral and leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
