Job summary

Elevation Capital is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bengaluru to join a portfolio company in its Series A stage. You will lead sourcing, employer branding, and strategic hiring across functions, shaping the recruitment roadmap.

You will forecast staffing needs, craft hiring plans, and own clear hiring targets while building a high-performing recruiting team and partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA with 5–8 years in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience as a TA manager or team lead.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
• Proficient sourcing via social media, job boards and networking.
• Working knowledge of ATS and databases.
• Excellent communication with hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders.
• Startup experience in early phases (0–1 / 1–10 journeys).

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent and developing a compelling employment brand.
• Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts.
• Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Own individual hiring targets as well for the team.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven experience as talent acquisition manager / team leading - a small team of recruiters.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Early phase startup experience - 0 to 1 / 1 to 10 journeys.
