Job summary

ARK Solutions, Inc. in Noida Sector 62 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit the India team. You will own the full hiring process from intake to joining, sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and referrals, and building pipelines for varied corporate roles.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business/Psychology, hands-on ATS experience (JobDiva preferred), strong English, and willingness to work onsite during a 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST shift.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions; exposure to IT staffing or corporate hiring is valuable.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing/Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and referrals.
• Willingness to work onsite in Noida Sector 62 for night shift.

Responsibilities

• Own internal hiring from job-intake meeting through confirmed joining.
• Source through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, JobDiva, Boolean search, and your own network.
• Build pipelines for difficult and varied India corporate roles.
• Interview candidates and evaluate capability, communication, motivation, judgment, and fit.
• Verify practical fit including night shift, commute, office expectations, notice period, and compensation.
• Identify inconsistencies in a candidate's career story and ask follow-up questions.
• Keep candidates engaged, handle objections, sell ARK honestly, and reduce offer back-outs.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit ARK's India team. You may hire recruiters, marketing professionals, HR and operations staff, accountants, and other internal employees as the company grows. This is not a resume-forwarding or interview-scheduling position. You will be expected to find people who are not actively applying, assess whether their experience and story are credible, understand their motivation, sell ARK and the opportunity, manage the process, negotiate when needed, and stay engaged until the person joins.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions; exposure to IT staffing, corporate hiring, professional services, or recruitment operations is valuable.
• ATS experience required; JobDiva strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing/Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong knowledge of the Noida/Delhi/Client candidate market.
• Excellent written and spoken English, organization, judgment, persistence, and candidate-facing communication.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Noida Sector 62 during the 6:30 pm–3:30 am IST shift.
