Job summary

Tsaaro Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Noida (Sector-132) to support hiring across technical and consulting roles. The role requires about 2+ years of recruitment experience and involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and building a strong talent pipeline.

The position is an on-site, general shift role with a standard 5-day work week. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, maintain candidate data in an ATS, and generate recruitment reports using MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 1+ year of Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Exposure to technical hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus) and sourcing via Naukri/LinkedIn.
• Basic MS Excel and recruitment reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data using ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred).
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare MS Excel reports.

Position - HR- Talent Acquisition

Work from Office - 5 days

Location - Sector-132, Noida

General Shift - 9:30am to 6:30pm

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process while building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding support.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  
• Exposure to technical hiring is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit is a plus), Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
  
• Strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
