Job summary

OJCommerce, a rapidly expanding online retailer headquartered in Florida with a Chennai office, seeks an Associate–HR (Talent Acquisition) in Guindy, Chennai. 2–4 years of TA experience, exposure to tech/ecommerce preferred, and strong communication to source and onboard candidates.

You will design and execute recruiting strategies, screen applicants, and partner with managers to fill roles in a fast-paced startup environment offering flexible hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of recruitment experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in sourcing passive candidates across platforms.
• Strong communication and interview skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via social networks, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, GitHub, StackOverflow.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess fit.
• Onboard new hires and provide recruiting analytics to the team.
• Build candidate relationships and maintain ongoing knowledge of candidate pool.
