Job summary

People Interactive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chennai to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-voice, back-office and operations roles. The role focuses on mass and bulk hiring across multiple positions with tight timelines.

You will source candidates through portals, referrals, social media and vendors, screen and shortlist, coordinate interviews and drive offers to joining while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in mass hiring and bulk recruitment.
• Experience in Non-Voice, Back-office, BPO, or Operations hiring.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-Voice / Back-office / Operations requirements.
• Handle mass and bulk recruitment within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, vendors, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and process requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Drive candidates through the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, conversion ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-Voice / Back-office / Operations requirements.
• Handle mass hiring and bulk recruitment for multiple positions within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment vendors, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on the required skills, experience, and process requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure maximum candidate participation.
• Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline to support high-volume hiring.
• Drive candidates through the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to offer release and joining.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure a strong joining ratio and minimize dropouts.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Participate in bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and recruitment campaigns as required.
• Track and monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, closures, conversion ratio, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the given timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience in Mass Hiring and Bulk Hiring is mandatory.
• Experience in Non-Voice, Back-office, BPO, or Operations hiring will be preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and high-volume recruitment simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
