Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a Recruitment Specialist responsible for end-to-end hiring, building a strong talent pipeline, and collaborating with hiring managers to define precise job specifications.

You will screen and interview candidates, coordinate interview workflows, drive offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding while maintaining ATS data and monthly HR MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing channels, portals, agencies, and executive search consultants to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job specs and attraction strategies for openings.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview processes and provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
• Drive offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure swift closure of mandates within TAT.
• Maintain candidate engagement post-offer and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, update ATS, and generate monthly HR MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Manage complete recruitment activities by collaborating with diverse sourcing channels, job portals, recruitment agencies, and executive search consultants to build a strong, high-quality talent pipeline.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with hiring managers to analyze manpower requirements, define precise job specifications, and design targeted talent attraction strategies for open positions.
• Screening & Selection: Screen and evaluate candidate profiles, conduct structured initial interviews to validate experience, technical competencies, and qualifications, and assess candidates for cultural alignment with organizational values.
• Interview Process Coordination: Facilitate end-to-end interview workflows, align panel availability, and ensure prompt, constructive feedback delivery to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Offer & Negotiation: Drive offer discussions, manage compensation negotiations, align internal parity, and ensure swift closure of open mandates within agreed Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with selected candidates post-offer to drive engagement, manage counter-offers, and ensure seamless onboarding integration.
• Analytics & Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment data, update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and generate monthly HR MIS reports to provide actionable talent pipeline analytics to leadership.
