Qualifications

Swish is building the next generation of food delivery, delivering food to customers in 10 minutes through our network of neighbourhood kitchens.

We operate across the entire stack - from kitchens and supply chain to technology, delivery, and the consumer experience. As we scale across markets, technology is at the centre of how we build and operate the business.

As a TA Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building the team that will scale this business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership, own roles end-to-end, build talent pipelines, and help us attract some of the best talent across functions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring strategies.
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Drive offer discussions, compensation conversations, and closure of candidates.
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and ensure recruitment data and processes are up to date.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and candidate engagement.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and create a strong talent network for Swish.

What We’re Looking For

• 2- 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in a startup, consumer internet, e-commerce, or high-growth environment.
• Strong experience in sourcing and closing candidates across different functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly execution-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep hiring processes organised.
• A proactive approach with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
