Job summary

SmartQ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in Bengaluru and to build a strong candidate pipeline. You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while partnering with hiring managers to align staffing with business goals.

You will drive strategic sourcing, assess technical capabilities, and ensure a positive candidate experience, leveraging ATS and recruitment tools to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, with proven expertise in non-technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and candidate suitability.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Recruitment process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers & functional heads to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with the company's values and goals.
• Candidate Experience: Provide positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve and optimize the hiring process.
• Create Pipelines: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key technical roles to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

• Awareness of current talent acquisition trends and best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding.
• Strong ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
