Job summary

Swish is building the next generation of food delivery by owning the entire value chain, from menu design to kitchen operations, delivery and customer experience. We are seeking a Senior Manager – Inventory & Process Design to drive large-scale productivity across Swish's kitchen network.

You will design manpower structures, optimize layouts and processes, and lead automation projects that reduce cost per order while boosting throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations excellence, process design or similar.
• Experience in e-commerce or large-scale operations preferred.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take projects from concept to on-ground implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Build station-level staffing plans and determine ideal manpower requirements.
• Optimise shift structures and manpower deployment to reduce cost per order.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through process or technology interventions.
• Design kitchen layouts and workflows for maximum operational efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign processes to improve speed and utilisation.
• Develop scalable operating processes as Swish expands its kitchen network.
• Lead automation projects that improve speed, productivity and consistency.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to improve equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
• Evaluate new equipment, processes and technologies for operational impact.
• Own high-impact efficiency projects from problem identification to implementation.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, Procurement and other teams.
• Track business impact and ensure initiatives deliver measurable improvements.

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Inventory & Process Design to drive large-scale productivity, manpower and process improvement initiatives across Swish's kitchen network.

You will work closely with operations and leadership to design optimal manpower structures, layouts, processes and automation solutions that improve efficiency while reducing cost per order.

This role combines operations excellence, process design, value engineering and automation.

What You Will Work On

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in e-commerce, Q-commerce or large-scale operations is preferred.

E-commerce / Q-commerce / Retail

• Experience in large-scale e-commerce, quick-commerce, retail or last-mile operations.
• Experience in operations excellence, process improvement or productivity roles.

FMCG / Manufacturing / Engineering

• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, industrial operations or core engineering.
• Exposure to process excellence, lean operations, productivity improvement or manufacturing excellence.
