Our client operates in the Electronics Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in the United States. It has its branches spread to 5 offices, providing employment to more than 9,000 people all over the world. They fall in the Fortune 500 companies. Their core business is designing, manufacturing, and marketing of products for end‑to‑end transmissions.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the recruitment process end to end
• Keeping an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our hiring managers
• Verifying job descriptions with the hiring manager and designing interview questions that reflect the positions’ requirements and attract talent to the company
• Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the organization’s culture and strategy
• Sourcing potential candidates through different sourcing channels
• Screening potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments
• Running regular updates to hiring managers
• Engaging with senior stakeholders
• Organizing and leading feedback sessions and coordinating the hiring decision
• Proposing employment offers in line with the company guidelines
• Ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable
• Fostering long‑term relationships with candidates
• Designing and implementing innovative TA strategies for effective candidate sourcing
• Developing strategic staffing plans aligned with business priorities

What you already have:

• Minimum 7 year's experience in recruiting for manufacturing or niche hiring along with commercial hiring
• Must have experience in recruitment metrics and analytics
• Able to perform as an individual contributor and be hands‑on
• Well versed in social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Experience with headhunting for mid‑level positions
• Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using interview techniques
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills. Has the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Has a strong passion and desire to make a difference
• Growth mindset and learning agility
• Should have a recognized Master's / Bachelor's degree
