Job summary

Blue Star Limited in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead for Data Centre Projects to build and lead a recruitment team, partner with business leaders, and translate workforce needs into effective hiring plans.

The role involves end-to-end recruitment for engineering and project management, coaching recruiters, building niche pipelines, using market insights to shape strategy, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyse market trends and recommend hiring solutions.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for niche and critical talent.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
• Leading end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project management, and support functions across Data Centre Projects.
• Coaching and mentoring a team of recruiters, ensuring a high standard of delivery while fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Building strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, market mapping, networking, employee referrals, and innovative recruitment initiatives.
• Managing niche and business-critical hiring while ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate.
• Using talent market insights and recruitment analytics to advise business leaders and continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Conducting meaningful candidate assessments that evaluate not only technical capability but also long‑term fit with our culture and business.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and providing timely hiring updates through our Applicant Tracking System.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

You will ideally have:

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of experience hiring for project-based businesses such as Data Centres, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, MEP, or Industrial Projects.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for niche and critical talent.
• A data‑driven approach to recruitment, with the ability to analyse market trends and recommend hiring solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
