We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving business needs, experience working across diverse teams and cultures, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results within defined timelines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, India you will play a key role in supporting the development of talent acquisition services across the country while helping to build and retain a highly skilled workforce aligned with global and business strategies. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide strategic talent acquisition expertise and deliver effective solutions to current and future hiring challenges.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver talent acquisition processes that support the implementation of global talent strategies at the local level, partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers to understand business talent needs and challenges.
• Manage talent sourcing activities throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including recruitment campaign planning, sourcing strategy development, and close collaboration with fellow Talent Partners.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage potential candidates through market research, talent mapping, and relationship management while conducting candidate assessments and aligning talent with hiring manager requirements.
• Design, launch, and manage recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives across digital and social media platforms.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies for specialized hiring needs, ensuring clear job briefs are provided and candidate quality meets business expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment practices, processes, and policies, and contribute to the design and implementation of innovative talent acquisition solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company HR policies, GDPR requirements, data privacy standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and internal compliance frameworks.

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of professional HR or Talent Acquisition experience within a high-performing global organization, preferably in the manufacturing, automation, EPC, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake discussions, sourcing, recruitment planning, candidate engagement, interviewing, offer management, and hiring closure.
• Hands-on experience with Workday or other leading Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
• Demonstrated success utilizing diverse recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition platforms, including digital and social media channels.
• Strong process orientation with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to influence, consult, and partner effectively with stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset.
• Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to embrace new ideas and contribute positively in a changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
