Multiplier AI in Noida is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist to lead the full hiring lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles. You will headhunt talent using LinkedIn, job portals, and AI tools while delivering at least three closures each month, supporting our AI-driven growth.

The role requires strong recruitment mastery, KPI awareness, and exceptional stakeholder communication in a high-growth onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for Technical and Non-Technical roles.
• Target-Driven Closing: Achieve a minimum of 3 successful candidate placements per month.
• Sourcing Excellence: Use LinkedIn, job portals, and AI tools to headhunt senior leaders and AI transformation roles.
• Performance Handling: Assist in monitoring KPIs and performance review cycles to ensure productivity.

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialist who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role is designed for a high-performer who can balance the rigors of end-to-end recruitment with the creativity of marketing activities. You will be expected to maintain a high performance standard, ensuring at least 3 successful closures per month while supporting our brand’s growth in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for both Technical and Non-Technical roles.
• Target-Driven Closing: Consistently achieve a minimum of 3 successful candidate placements per month.
• Sourcing Excellence: Use LinkedIn, job portals, and AI tools to headhunt talent for senior leadership and AI transformation roles.
• Performance Handling: Assist in monitoring employee KPIs and managing performance review cycles to ensure organizational productivity.

2. HR Operations & Admin (10%)

• Manage day-to-day office administration and onsite HR records.
• Support onboarding formalities and internal office coordination.
