CustomerInsights.AI, a global analytics and AI-driven company, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. The role partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

You will source candidates through portals and networks, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and track hiring metrics to build a strong talent pipeline across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience hiring for technical roles.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and manage offer rollouts.
• Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and joining ratio.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure timely documentation and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
• Stay updated with industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitor insights.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
