Qualifications

• Proven ability to close at least 3 hires per month and manage end-to-end process.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Talent Acquisition Recruitment Specialistwho is comfortable wearing multiple hats. This role is designed for a high-performer who can balance the rigors ofend-to-end recruitmentwith the creativity ofmarketing activities. You will be expected to maintain a high performance standard, ensuring at least3 successful closures per monthwhile supporting our brand’s growth in the AI space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Performance Management (90%)

• End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the full hiring lifecycle for both Technical and Non-Technical roles.
  
• Target-Driven Closing:Consistently achieve a minimum of3 successful candidate placements per month.
  
• Sourcing Excellence:Use LinkedIn, job portals, and AI tools to headhunt talent for senior leadership and AI transformation roles.
  
• Performance Handling:Assist in monitoring employee KPIs and managing performance review cycles to ensure organizational productivity.
  

2. HR Operations & Admin (10%)

• Manage day-to-day office administration and onsite HR records.
  
• Support onboarding formalities and internal office coordination.
  
• Recruitment Mastery:Strong experience in sourcing, cold calling, and closing candidates.
  
• Performance Awareness:Understanding of performance handling and KPI-driven environments.
  
• Communication:Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with professional stakeholders.
  
• Work Ethic:Comfortable in a high-growth, onsite office environment in Noida.
  

Educational Qualification

• Education:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Minimum65% or abovethroughout academic background).
