We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard exceptional AI Engineers, Full Stack Developers, and Cloud Engineers to help drive our innovation agenda forward. What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding — for technical roles across AI, Full Stack, and Cloud domains.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job portals, referrals, etc.) to find high-quality technical talent.
• Technical Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical depth, problem-solving approach, and cultural alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely delivery of top candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Create an engaging and professional recruitment experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and turnaround time.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends, emerging skill sets, and competitor hiring strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

What You Bring

• Experience: Atleast 6 Months of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably hiring for AI, Cloud, or Product-based companies.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with modern engineering roles, tools, and technologies (AI, Python, React, Node.js, GCP, AWS, etc.).
• Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to deliver the right talent at the right time.
• Agility & Drive: High energy, strong ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.
