Job summary

VortexWeb is offering an on-site HR internship in Noida for 3 months, with a stipend of INR 5,000 – 7,000 per month. The role involves handling the hiring pipeline for developers, QA, and sales, and requires managing candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and record-keeping.

About the internship:

You will manage our hiring pipeline for developer, QA, and sales roles. This is a calling-focused recruitment role, not a coordination-only role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. 1. Source candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, and Internshala based on our job descriptions.
2. 2. Make 20 candidate screening calls per day using our Round 1 screening script and Green/Amber/Red evaluation rubric.
3. 3. Schedule shortlisted candidates with the hiring manager on the same day.
4. 4. Maintain accurate candidate records and updates in Bitrix24. Training will be provided on the first day.
5. 5. Follow up with every candidate who has been promised a call and ensure no candidate waits more than 24 hours for an update.
6. 6. Prepare offer and onboarding documents using company templates.
7. 7. Meet weekly recruitment targets and maintain consistent performance throughout the internship.
