Job summary

ConsultBae is offering an in-office six-month internship in India. You will source candidates from portals, screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring managers to share profiles and schedule interviews.

You will maintain candidate trackers, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure confidentiality of recruitment data while supporting onboarding. Stipend is INR 10,000–12,000 per month; conversion to full-time may be considered based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, and follow up to ensure timely closures.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers/databases with accurate information on sourcing, status, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates across different roles and skill sets.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Follow processes related to candidate data confidentiality and secure handling of recruitment information.

About the internship:

1. Source suitable candidates from various job portals (Naukri, Shine, Instahyre, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for ongoing client and internal business requirements.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, and experience.
3. Reach out to shortlisted candidates via calls/messages to assess interest, availability, and suitability for the role.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements and share relevant profiles on time.
5. Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, and follow up to ensure timely closures.
6. Maintain and update candidate trackers/databases with accurate information on sourcing, status, and follow-ups.
7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates across different roles and skill sets.
8. Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
9. Follow established processes related to candidate data confidentiality and secure handling of recruitment information.
