WriterOnRent, a Noida-based content agency, is offering a full-time in-office internship in Business Development (Sales). You will learn the complete sales cycle hands-on, generate leads, support discovery calls, and assist in proposals.

The internship includes mentorship from founders and a clear growth path into a permanent role. The stipend ranges from INR 7,500 to 35,000 per month, with potential incentives and a future salary offer on conversion.

About the internship:
WriterOnRent is looking for a Business Development (Sales) intern to learn the full sales cycle hands-on and help grow our content, web, and digital marketing business across India. If the chase of finding new clients, the thrill of a closed deal, and the long game of growing an account excite you, this internship trains you in all three with direct mentorship from the founders.

1. Generating leads through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, and helping build and qualify a steady sales pipeline
2. Shadowing and supporting discovery calls and pitches, and assisting in preparing proposals for prospective clients
3. Supporting account management staying in touch with existing clients, flagging upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and assisting with retention
4. Tracking competitors, gathering market and client feedback, and sharing insights with the leadership team

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 7,500 - 10,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 10,000 - 25,000 /month

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 600000/year
