Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment across functions. You will partner with business leaders, design sourcing strategies, and manage candidate assessment from screening to onboarding.

The role requires 5–10 years in talent acquisition, with banking or financial services exposure. You will drive employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or corporate recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and recruitment insights.
• Advise managers on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and hiring strategies.

Sourcing & Employer Branding

• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's market presence.
• Participate in recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and campus hiring programs.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/HR systems.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
