Job summary

Amor Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition professional in Pune to drive end‑to‑end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline. The role includes partnering with hiring managers, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers to onboarding.

Additionally, you will function as an HR business partner, aiding onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and policy compliance, with focus on employee queries and data accuracy in HRMIS.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Ability to create recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Experience sourcing candidates via portals, referrals, and networks.
• Strong interview coordination and candidate communication skills.
• Negotiation of offers and smooth joining process.
• Pipeline building for current and future roles.
• Tracking metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• On the Talent Acquisition side (80%): manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, partner with managers, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, ensure smooth joining, build pipelines, monitor metrics, and maintain candidate experience.
• On the HR Business Partner side (20%): onboard and induct employees, drive engagement and retention efforts, support performance management, handle employee queries, ensure policy compliance, maintain HRMIS data, and support exit formalities.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prepare recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical and managerial interviews, and manage candidate communication.
• Negotiate compensation, release offer letters, and ensure smooth joining of candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs when required.

HR Business Partner (20%)

• Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Partner with business leaders on employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Support performance management and goal-setting processes.
• Address employee queries and assist in grievance resolution.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
• Maintain HRMIS data and employee records accurately.
• Support exit formalities, feedback collection, and attrition analysis.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have experience of handling Sales & Service positions
• Need more experience into Talent Acquisition (80%) and HR Operation (20%)
• Minimum 5-7 Years of experience
