Job summary

WNS Holdings in Indore is seeking a recruitment professional for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on non-IT hiring, bulk/volume recruitment, and voice process coordination. Immediate joiners preferred, and local candidates are prioritized.

Candidate will source profiles via portals, screen applicants, and align interviews with stakeholders. Working days are six per week with Sundays off; office-based role with growth opportunities.

• Minimum 1 year experience in non-IT recruitment.
• Experience in Bulk/Volume Hiring - Voice Process (Mandatory).
• Experience sourcing profiles through various job Portals.
• Screening profiles and shortlisting for interviews.
• Interview alignment and coordination with stakeholders.
• Ok to work on a contract role.
• Good communication skills.
• Location: Indore.
• Working days: 6 days, Sunday fixed off.
• Work from Office as needed.
• Qualification: Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and status updates.
• Engage with portals to source profiles and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Assist in offer processes and onboarding as required.
