The role emphasizes frontline/volume hiring, active sourcing through job portals, referrals and agencies, building a strong talent pipeline, coordinating interviews, offers and joining formalities, and tracking key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in consulting firms preferred
• Experience in frontline/volume hiring and candidate sourcing
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong execution and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

• Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Hiring TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio and Source Effectiveness.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with HR and Operations teams to improve candidate engagement and joining ratios.
