Job summary

The Sports Gurukul is India's leading sports organization, dedicated to providing comprehensive physical education and sports programs to schools. Lead end-to-end hiring of coaches, PE teachers and sports staff across India. Build sourcing channels and manage recruiters to meet targets, ensuring smooth onboarding.

You will screen, interview, coordinate selections and close positions in a timely manner, while developing strong candidate pipelines to support organization growth.

Qualifications

• UG in BBA/BMS with HRM specialization.
• PG/MBA/PGDM in HR/IR.
• Experience in screening and interviewing candidates.
