Job summary

The Sports Gurukul in Mumbai, India is seeking a recruitment professional to recruit sports coaches and staff across Pan India. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates while coordinating interviews and follow-ups.

This role requires 1–3 years of recruitment experience; sports hiring experience is a plus. You will support end-to-end recruitment for a leading sports education organization within a dynamic, growth-focused team.
