Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment Management).
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers) as well as external partners (candidates).
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment metrics.
